Returns Policy

It is my aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, your statutory rights are not affected. You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding all postage costs) within 14 days from delivery. Please inform me within 7 working days after the day on which you received the product if you intend to return any goods. You can do this by emailing me at: richard@ribblepress.co.uk or by calling +44 (0)131 20 848 20 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Returned goods should be sent to Ribble Press, The Lodge, Lindsaylands East, Biggar ML12 6NR Scotland. It is strongly recommended that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Please note returned goods must be returned in original condition with explanation for return for quality control purposes. Any responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods will not be accepted until they are received by Ribble Press. Once the goods have been received in their original conditions, any payments will be refunded to you within 30 working days of receipt.

Delivery

Ribble Press policy is to despatch goods within 24hrs from the date of your order. If goods are bespoke you will be advised of a delivery date.

Out of stock items
If this situation arises I will email you to advise you of the situation and, if applicable, provide you with an approximate delivery date. You will always be given the option to cancel your order, with refund if applicable, if you would rather not wait.

Non-arrival
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit, please email me at: richard@ribblepress.co.uk or call +44 (0)131 20 848 20 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday after 14 working days from the date of your order. If your order has arrived damaged please contact me as above within 48 hours of receipt.
